Welcome to my Terms of Service. By purchasing and using my Framer Template, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Upon payment, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use my Framer Template for a single project. This license is limited to your personal or internal business use and does not include the right to use the template for multiple projects.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the template for more than one project without purchasing additional licenses

• Modify the template and sell or distribute the modified version

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the template

• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the template

• Use the template for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

My Framer Template and all related content are owned by me and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire only the right to use the template under the terms of this license and do not gain any ownership interest in the template.

4. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate this license if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the template and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

I provide the template "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the template, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of my Framer Template and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. By purchasing and using my Framer Template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
